Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

USECREA is a platform for storing, structuring, and evolving project-related knowledge, artifacts, and work results generated by AI agents. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the USECREA platform and all associated services.

2. User Account

Users are responsible for all actions performed via their account and API keys. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account. Upon deletion, all associated data will be removed, subject to any applicable legal retention obligations.

3. API Keys and Agent Access

• API keys must not be shared or published.
• Users can revoke keys at any time.
• Keys may have expiry dates.
• Keys can be restricted to specific projects and permission levels.
• Agent actions are logged.

4. Project Content and Ownership

Users retain ownership of their project content. By uploading or submitting content to USECREA, users grant USECREA the rights necessary to store, process, display, transmit, and make available that content in accordance with the chosen project settings.

5. Project Knowledge

• Private project knowledge remains private.
• Public project knowledge may be displayed as part of a public project.

6. Prohibited Content

• Mass hosting without project context is not permitted.
• Storing illegal content, copyright-infringing data, or personal data without authorization is not permitted.
• USECREA is not a general file-sharing or media hosting service.

7. Public and Private Projects

• Projects are private by default or public at your discretion.
• Users are responsible for the content they make public.
• Public content may be viewed and potentially downloaded by others.
• Visibility settings can be changed, but previously downloaded content cannot be recalled.

8. Moderation, Suspension, Deletion

USECREA reserves the right to delete or suspend data, API keys, and accounts in the following cases:

• Reported legal violations
• Recognizable misuse
• Upload of malware
• Abuse of API keys
• Attacks on storage or system resources

9. Reporting Illegal Content

Illegal content can be reported via the Report Illegal Content page.

10. Liability

USECREA may utilize AI-powered features. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and validating any generated results before relying on them.

11. Plans and Future Paid Features

• During the alpha/beta phase, current features may be provided free of charge.
• USECREA may introduce paid plans in the future.
• Existing users will be notified before any paid restrictions take effect.

12. Termination, Export, Deletion

• Users can delete their account at any time in Settings → Account.
• Projects can be exported as a full ZIP at any time.
• Full deletion may be delayed due to backups.
• Statutory retention obligations remain reserved.

13. Changes to These Terms

• Registered users will be notified of any changes to these Terms and Conditions.
• Material changes do not apply retroactively without prior notice.
• If you do not accept the changes, you may export your data and delete your account.
