Right to withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at service@usecrea.com by means of a clear statement (e.g. an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Premature expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital services

Please note: For contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium or digital services, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun performance of the contract after you have:

1. given your prior express consent to the performance beginning before the end of the withdrawal period, and
2. acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

By starting to use USECREA (e.g. creating a project, generating an API key, or connecting an agent), you confirm both of the above. Your right of withdrawal therefore expires upon commencement of the service.
